Room Selection: The Playbook

Spring & Summer: Apply, pay your deposit, and we’ll assign your room.

Fall: Apply, pay, then watch your inbox (and yes, your spam folder) for your invitation to pick your space. Room Selection is your chance to call the shots—only available when you’re entering Housing in the fall.

Housing Costs

Your rate = your room type + your number of roommates.

Paying out of pocket? Full semester payment due before move-in.

Using financial aid? Coordinate with Financial Aid early—your housing coverage must be confirmed before move-in.

The $500 Commitment

Your one-time $500 deposit stays with you while you live in Housing. Each semester, $75 goes toward building maintenance. Keep your deposit at $500—replenish if needed. Damage, cleaning, and conduct fines come out of your deposit.

Move fast. Spaces fill. Your future neighbors are already sketching, coding, and creating. Claim your spot and step into a community built to make things happen.
