Industrial Design Collaborations

Industrial Design collaborations emphasize a cross-disciplinary approach, pulling in expertise from across the university.

B.Lab Design/Build Studio

Collaboration comes alive in B.Lab the Building Lab/design build program, where design meets action. Rooted in the School of Architecture, its mission is to foster diversity, equity, and advocacy through projects that matter. Community-focused. Real clients. Real impact.

StudioX

When you collaborate on StudioX projects, you work in a real studio production pipeline. Whether you study on campus or online, you contribute directly to films alongside professional filmmakers. Many of these projects go on to win awards at top festivals and competitions.

The collaborative projects produced by StudioX are a key feature of the School of Animation & Visual Effects.

Future Agency

In Future Agency, you’ll team up with peers and industry pros to build real campaigns for real clients, blending design, media, and AI-driven ideas. You’ll pitch your work directly to brand leaders at companies like Apple, Adobe, and CBS.

Future Agency collaboration partnerships are an integral part of the School of Advertising.

Production Hub

Production Hub is a collaborative production class where filmmakers of every discipline team up—with each other and with real-world clients—to create high-end content.

Game Studio Collaboratives

The School of Game Development puts a strong emphasis on requiring students to take the Game Studio collaborative class during their junior or senior year as it models the workflows, pipelines, and interdisciplinary environment of a professional game development studio.
